ABOUT
Stokk Construction is a custom builder, millwork shop and fabricator based in Vancouver, BC. Our projects include residential and commercial scopes and range in scale from new builds to furniture and componentry. Our Vancouver shop facility allows us to execute finishing and specialty scopes in-house, streamlining the more refined and detailed elements of each project. We feel that the versatility of our team and the production capacity of our controlled shop environment allows us to deliver a high quality product, while also challenging traditional construction and project delivery methods.
custom builds
As a custom builder, we specialize in guiding projects from concept through digital development and physical realization. In addition to construction services, we are able to provide pre-construction development and coordination using detailed 3D modeling. Our general contracting and management services strive to provide structured framework and oversight within the construction process, such that complexity can be eliminated and projects executed logically and predictably.
millwork
Our in-house shop is able to deliver full architectural millwork, cabinetry and furniture packages for our general contracted projects and also directly to outside builders and clients. Within our own builds, direct control allows us to better manage timelines, costs and product quality.
fabrication
By directly developing and fabricating complex and custom aspects of a project, we are able to better control material sourcing and selection, the construction methods used during installation, and the subtle details that elevate finished product.
